Krispy Kreme Celebrates 78 Years with Half Dozen Doughnuts for P78!

Founded in 1937 in North Carolina, Krispy Kreme started its humble beginning with a simple secret yeast-rised dough recipe bought by Vernon Rudolph from a New Orleans French chef. They sold the first Krispy Kreme doughnuts in the now historic building called Old Salem and some local grocery stores. And the rest, like what they say, is history. In 2006, Krispy Kreme's flagship store in the Philippines opened at the Bonifacio High Street.

Today, they're celebrating their 78th year with a special treat! Only happening today, June 13th, Krispy Kreme Philippines is selling half dozen of their delicious Original Glazed Doughnuts for only 78 pesos in selected stores nationwide. This offer is only available today until their store closes and you can avail up to 2 half dozen.

Because we love these awesome birthday treat, we headed down earlier today to Krispy Kreme Trinoma and availed their promo. As you can see in the photo below, the line are already long right after the doors of the mall opened, you can definitely see how Pinoys love these sweet treat.

Krispy Kreme staff are all smiles for this special day as they give away balloons and Krispy Kreme hats to everyone in line waiting for their turn to avail the special anniversary treat. There's also some staff roaming around to answer inquiries from people in the line about the promo.

Here's me and my brother sporting Krispy Kreme's hat while waiting for our turn inside the store. Don't we look fabulous with our awesome looking hat? ;)

Krispy Kreme fans, if I were you, definitely head down to your nearest Krispy Kreme branch of their special anniversary treat! Make sure to screenshot Krispy Kreme's anniversary voucher on their Facebook, Twitter, & Instagram pages and present it to the cashier to avail their anniversary offer.

Here's a guide for you to know the participating branches for today's special anniversary treat;
